Join in with our Running Clubs

Welcome to members and non-members alike!

If you’ve been thinking of getting in to running, or if you’re looking to improve it (or just join a like-minded community of runners), then we’ve got the thing for you.

Starting in May we’ve got two new running clubs suited to all levels of runner.

Beginners Club

Starts Wednesday May 22nd at 6pm (at the gym)

This is aimed at those who haven’t been running much, or are looking to get in to it. We’re looking at those who can’t yet run a 5k without stopping (even if you don’t run at all!).

This will be an 8 week plan where our coaches will take you on one run per week and give you guidance for additional runs in the week. This 8 week plan will get you from zero running to running a 5k (3 miles) without stopping.

Please join up for week one to get the full benefit of the 8 week plan

This is FREE to members, and the total cost for non members is £8 (equivalent of £1 per week)

Improvers Club

Starts Monday May 20th at 7pm (at the gym)

If you’ve been running a little and can comfortably take on a 5k without stopping then you should try this. Join our community of runners and we’ll improve together. This will be one coached run per week and will likely delve in to other runs like fartlek and tempo runs as well as the ability to ask our coaches any questions or get help with run plans.

This course is a drop in/drop out, so you don’t need to attend every run.

This is FREE to members, for non members each class is our usual class price of £5
