Class descriptions
A fun workout that will have you feeling fitter and stronger in no time.
A traditional circuit training workout with a number of different cardio and strength exercise stations around the room.
You’ll spend a certain amount of time at each station before moving on to the next. Aiming to complete 3-4 rounds of the circuit.
If you want to get stronger, this is the class for you.
This full body workout will help you build muscular strength and endurance.
The class will be delivered in a circuit style where you will move around a number of strength focused exercise stations.
You will have a certain target to achieve in terms of completed sets and reps.
Exercises may include: barbell bench press, sled push, kettlebell farmers carry, deadlifts, dumbbell curls, and core training.
A great calorie burner that will have you feeling fitter in no time.
The focus is cardiovascular exercises aimed at improving your fitness levels.
Delivered in a circuit style where you will move between different exercises aiming to complete a certain time, distance or calorie target.
Exercises may include: rowing machine, ski-trainer, assault bike, battle-ropes, burpees, running, skipping.
Everyone is welcome to come along and experience these HYROX themed workouts. You do not have to be training for an upcoming event.
The workout will focus on developing your strength, speed, endurance and overall performance as it relates to each of the 8 HYROX stations.
These include: Ski-Trainer, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Lunges, Farmers Carry, Wall Balls… and let’s not forget, Running.
A simple but very effective full body interval based workout.
20 seconds of hard work
10 seconds of rest
x 8 rounds
This equals 1 ‘Tabata’.
After a warm up, you will complete 5 of these ‘Tabatas’ in a 30 minute class
A one hour Yoga Flow focusing on a combination of breath work, flexibility, mobility, muscle strengthening and meditation.
This flow will concentrate on unique transitions between postures to elevate your Yoga practice.
Classes are suitable for all levels as a variety of options will be available in each pose depending on your range of movement and experience with Yoga.
Kettlebell movements (such as the swings, goblet squats, and farmers carry) will be paired with bodyweight exercises (such as press ups, TRX rows, sit ups and burpees) to create an enjoyable & effective full body workout.
A fun, action-packed class for kids aged 8–12, with parents joining in the excitement. Packed with games, challenges, and kid-friendly exercises, children build strength, fitness, and confidence — without it feeling like a workout. Parents support, encourage, and move alongside their kids, making fitness a fun and memorable family experience.
A 60-minute, hybrid workout designed to build strength, boost fitness, and push your limits.
Each high-energy class combines strength, functional fitness, cardio, and endurance into one powerful session.
Cardio exercises like running, rowing, ski trainer, and cycling, will be mixed with powerful strength movements like sleds, barbells, and kettlebells – to keep the workouts challenging and effective.
Every session keeps you moving, sweating, and improving.
Our Kickstart Fitness class is perfect for those who are in the early to middle stages of their gym journey.
We will utilise a lot of the same equipment & exercises that we do in other classes but at a less intense pace.
More time for technique, rest periods, and dare I say ‘fun’, whilst also getting a good workout done.
