Each of our members is entitled to some coaching along the way, it’s part of our service to make sure you are getting the most out of the gym.

Recently, we’ve helped some people learn to improve their lifting, and helped some new people build the confidence to give it a go. We’ve gave some members help with developing kettlebell routines (that they can use in the gym and when they’re at home), and we’ve helped a new member get in to boxing by showing them the ropes (not literally!)
